Case studies

A few examples that show how I build repeatable systems, ship real world work, and support growth. Some internal documents are not accessible post employment due to enterprise controls, so I use photos and public proof where possible.

Case study 01

Centene (AcariaHealth + PBM) Growth System

Led a combined marketing and creative function supporting AcariaHealth and Centene’s PBM marketing needs. Built a repeatable operating system for regulated content, field enablement, and market visibility across national stakeholders. Supported 120+ field reps, 140 to 180 events per year, and a national sales meeting program with 120+ reps plus sales leadership, corporate leaders, and outside speakers.

Module 01 Operating system transformation

Replaced email and spreadsheet intake with a workflow request system tailored to marketing and creative production. Added workload planning via estimated hours, assignment visibility, and a creative review module with PDF markup that enabled a remote ready production flow.

Module 02 Regulated content governance

Built a reliable approval chain with service level expectations for clinical, legal, and compliance review. Managed a two year refresh discipline and enforced version control through naming conventions and embedded file lineage in exported materials.

Module 03 Field enablement and events at scale

Supported field sales with turn key event execution across 140 to 180 events per year including custom materials, branded displays, and promo procurement. Created repeatable kits and templates to reduce friction and improve consistency in the field.

Module 04 Thought leadership and executive visibility

Led ongoing content systems including AcariaHealth blog publishing and LinkedIn distribution. Built high visibility reporting content including a quarterly Pipeline Report in two versions, a PBM edition and a streamlined AcariaHealth edition, distributed to internal leadership and key external decision makers.

Module 05 Public facing patient education and PR

Created educational materials that built trust and engagement including the Huxi cystic fibrosis activity book series. The work drove inbound requests from clinicians and families and remains available publicly.

Module 06 Gratitude kit program proof module

Designed and launched a gratitude first outreach program when reps could not enter medical offices. Rolled out nationally with synchronized delivery. The program contributed to +$2M in the first 6 months and continued beyond COVID.

Served as Creative Director at the lead creative agency supporting Ruth’s Chris for 5 to 6 years. Delivered national creative across franchise locations including advertising, outdoor, menu design, and campaign support. Provided creative support for international restaurant launches. For high visibility brand moments, I executed hands on production myself working directly with NASDAQ templates and securing client approval.

Battery Tender wireless battery monitor

End to end product and launch support for an automotive aftermarket WiFi enabled battery monitor. The casing moved quickly from concept to CAD to 3D validation with iterative feedback between design, engineering, and the manufacturing partner. Contributed to packaging and supporting materials, demand building creative, and an attachment clip improvement after identifying a vibration related connection issue.

Sharing Smiles on location video direction pro bono for nonprofit

Video direction and on location production for a nonprofit medical mission in Oaxaca, Mexico. Captured interviews and b roll in clinical settings and in the community, then edited the final piece used for awareness and fundraising support. This project reflects documentary style storytelling and end to end video production.
